Greetings

We hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween. It looks like the weather will still be warm -maybe a bit windy but- hey- this is Lethbridge,  so we should still be able to get outside for activities.

With the recent increase in Covid numbers, we want to assure you  Peak Physical Therapy is taking every measure to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.  We also want to encourage you to stay active: exercise has been proven to help boost your immune system. Our articles this month about arthritis talk about the importance of staying active even with painful conditions. If you're having trouble with keeping moving, give us a call!

So- go for a walk, wear a mask in enclosed public spaces, keep washing those hands and stay safe everyone!
