Greetings

Welcome to the January newsletter from Peak Physical Therapy.

2020 has been a year of challenges, to say the least! But how about let's focus on the positives:

  • we saw many people exploring our great outdoors
  • families connected through rediscovering board games and play time
  • we gained a whole new appreciation for teachers!
  • animal shelters saw huge increases in pet adoptions
  • technology made quarantines a bit easier but at the same time made us realize how much we need a human connection
  • we realized the importance of not only our physical health, but our mental health as well

We hope that you had a peaceful and healthy Holiday season and we wish you all the best for 2021
