Welcome to the March newsletter from Peak Physical Therapy.
I know the saying says March comes in like a lion and leaves like a lamb, but the wind we've been having lately doesn't seem very lamb like. The milder temperatures aren't lion like. So- maybe a roaring lamb does make sense!
Not sure how many of you follow basketball? Elizabeth is a Raptors fan and despite her short stature, did play high school ball. Not well, but still enjoys the game :) We have some great information for those of you who DO play to help keep you healthy.
For those of you with more persistent pain, we have some information on fibromyalgia. Research indicates that exercise is the best medicine for this shronic condition: physiotherapy can help you figure out how to work with the pain.
