The weather is steadily getting warmer and that means it's easier to get outside for some much needed exercise and non screen time! We have some great articles on ankle sprains and running this month. 

We hope everyone is staying safe. Even if you've been vaccinated, it's still important to wear masks when out in public, practice social distancing and wash or sanitize your hands frequently!
