 Even with the heat we've been having, exercise and physical activity are important. See the article below for more that explains the difference.

Regardless of how you are moving, you need to keep hydrated especially in the heat. Water is your best option but if you've been sweating a lot, an electrolyte drink can be helpful too. 

Let's remember how hot it's been when it gets cold again in winter!
