Greetings

Welcome to the December newsletter from Peak Physical Therapy.

Although in some ways, this has felt like another long year, surely we can't be the only ones who feel like December snuck up on them!

This can be a stressful time of year at the best of times. The added pressures from the effects of the pandemic certainly don't help. It's important to take a few minutes each day for yourself- even if it's just to take a few relaxed breaths in and out.

It's also important to remember that it isn't about how much you spend in money but how you spend your time that counts.

So whether you celebrate Chanukah, Bodhi Day, Yule, Christmas, or don't celebrate at all, we wish you health and happiness over the holiday season.
