Conversely, if you aren’t getting enough sleep, you’re at risk for high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, coronary heart disease, mental health issues, stroke, and premature death. Simple changes to your sleep routine, and your sleeping environment, can go a long way toward better sleep and improved health.
