Greetings

Welcome to the June newsletter from Peak Physical Therapy.

Although it feels like we skipped spring and went straight into summer, spring activities including baseball,  soccer and gardening are in full swing! Many of us become a bit more sedentary in the winter so our bodies can be a bit sore when we jump back into a more active lifestyle. If the aches don't settle within a few days, give us a call! Hope you take the time to read the newsletter and click on the links- lots of great information for you to share with friends and family.

Pediatric Physiotherapy

Pediatric physiotherapists provide treatment for a variety of pediatric health concerns. Often, treatment options for the pediatric population include manual therapy, age appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises, as well as caregiver education. The goal of these therapies is to help improve function and performance and enhance quality of life. At Peak, we see children mostly for muscle, bone and joint problems. We can direct you to the right people who deal with developmental and neurological disorders.
