Welcome to the August newsletter from Peak Physical Therapy.

We are not going to complain about the heat- we remember all those cold snowy days we had last winter! But... take a few minutes in a cool spot to enjoy our latest newsletter. Understanding ACL Injuries 

One of the most common injuries to the knee is a sprain or tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Treatment of an ACL injury depends on the individual and may include non-surgical or surgical options.
