At Peak Physical Therapy we understand that pain and/or injury can keep you from doing the things you love. Over time, it can even feel as though it is keeping you from being you.
That's why we continually strive to build our knowledge of the best practice techniques to reduce your pain, restore function, and prevent recurrences. Yes, physical therapy is a science, but we believe that it is an art as well. We look "outside the box" to find things others may have missed - to find those things that are preventing you from getting better.
We address the cause - not just the symptoms.
One of the big things that sets us apart is that we recognize that physical therapy should be a TEAM effort. We can't do it without you! You are the key piece to the rehabilitation puzzle. We will work with you to devise treatment goals, a treatment plan, and (maybe most importantly) to find tools that you can use to help yourself.
We don't believe in "cookie-cutter" programs. Each of you is an individual and we will respect, care for, and treat you as individuals.
We will be here to help you every step of the way. We are available in person, over the phone, or even over email throughout your rehabilitation journey.
